Andy Cost

Andy is a Testing Laboratory Manager for ABB. He has over 27 years of experience in project and product testing. He specializes in laboratory testing of fenestration products for FGIA/AAMA Air/Water/Structural, Miami-Dade County Hurricane testing, ICC-500 tornado, Blast Mitigation, IGCC Insulating Glass, SGCC, Safety Glazing, air and water field testing standards, and in-house developed test equipment and methods. He has an FGIA Fenestration Master ® Professional Certification.

He leads and manages the ABB Testing team to develop testing plans and provide mock-up testing including roof, window, and curtain wall assemblies. He has managed the successful completion of over 50 projects.

Andy received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of North Texas at Denton
